Sessions with Sophia is a soulful coaching brand designed for women in transition—women who have spent years serving others and are now ready to rediscover their dreams, purpose, and creative voice. Sophia, the founder, offers high-ticket 1:1 coaching and intimate small group containers focused on intentional living, self-trust, and contribution.

The Brand Direction:
Our goal was to build a visual identity that feels professional yet deeply nurturing—a space where clients could feel safe, seen, and inspired to step into their own power. The brand blends emotional warmth with grounded elegance, perfectly mirroring Sophia’s approach as both a guide and a creative catalyst.

Color Palette:
Sophia’s palette tells a story of transformation:

• Earthy green symbolizes growth and reconnection

• Rose brown evokes beauty and emotion

• Warm neutrals and black create balance—grounded yet elevated
  Each shade was selected to support themes of creation, possibility, and intentionality.
